The following was received over eleven consecutive days beginning on October 3, 2014.
"Thus says the Lord, the Only-begotten Son of the Eternal Father,
Francis! Francis! What are you doing!? Why are you persecuting Me?
Although your selection was not by the Holy Spirit, but by the political maneuvering of worldly enamored servants of the enemy, I nevertheless inspired you with the name you've taken and have given you the same mission I entrusted to My servant from Assisi. But My Church will not be rebuilt by reducing it to the heretical position of the rebels who have severed themselves from My Body nor by adopting the ways of those enslaved by the enemy! My Church will only be revived by returning her to full authentic orthodoxy. Yet you...YOU are going in the opposite direction and are on a very dangerous and slippery slope. You utter statements and produce documents that are vague, ambiguous, inconsistent, contradictory and fraught with errors. You ignore and contradict My word and encourage and promote serious offenses against Us, particularly those of adultery and sacrilege. You ridicule, insult, persecute and punish those who support and defend Me and My Church as I intended for her to be by the guidance through the centuries of the Holy Spirit while you turn a blind eye toward and even praise those who spout and embrace heresy -- even to appointing heretics to positions of authority and surrounding yourself with them. I prayed to My Father for unity within My Church, but you have done more to cause confusion and disharmony than all of your predecessors combined. In short, you ignore My will, deny My wishes, contradict My teachings and violate My commands, all of which are both heresy and apostasy.

You must decide now, this very day, whose vicar you are and to whom you give your love, allegiance and obedience -- to the evil one or to Me. Choose wisely for I have reserved a special place in Gehenna for shepherds of souls who lead My flock astray. Repent and turn back now lest I call you to account far sooner than you expect!
You will demonstrate your repentance by immediately beginning a public regimen of humility, penance and reparation consisting of prayer, sacrifices and fulfilling the instructions I now give you with the goal of restoring My Church to full and complete orthodoxy in all her dogmas, doctrines, teachings, liturgies, rites, prayers, practices, devotions, sacraments and disciplines. My commands here are to be clearly, unambiguously and publicly communicated and implemented both in writing and orally within three years and you are to commence your obedience by the current year's celebration of My mother's nativity:

First, you will publicly confess your errors and recant Amoris Laetitia. At the same time, you are to officially affirm the adherence of yourself and My Church to all of the Holy Spirit guided, perennial Magisterial doctrines, teachings, laws and disciplines that were in place prior to the council, for the council was not Our work nor was it in any way guided by the Holy Spirit. You are to require that all clergy, religious and lay persons employed by or volunteering with My Church sign the Oath Against Modernism and a corresponding oath declaring their rejection of all other heresies and their full acceptance of and adherence to the authentic orthodox doctrines and teachings of My Church. And you are to respond clearly, unambiguously and concisely, within thirty days, to the well-founded Dubia.

Second, you are to establish at the Vatican an autonomous tribunal, similar to marriage tribunals, comprised of clergy and religious who are known to be staunchly orthodox and to include Raymond Burke and Robert Sarah, who will select the other tribunal members. This tribunal shall have the authority to annul the ordination or religious consecration of any person who espouses heretical views or publicly proclaims erroneous material regarding faith and morals and refuses to repent and recant such proclamations.

Third, It is now a century since My mother began her mission to Fatima given her by My Father at My urging and still My vicars, including you, refuse to do My will by fulfilling My mother's request for the consecration of Russia to her Immaculate Heart. Lucia's claim that the 1984 consecration of the world has been accepted by heaven is true. Yet those at the very highest levels of the sacerdotal hierarchy, who are in league with the enemy, seek to prevent or delay the victory of My mother's Immaculate Heart by falsely claiming the consecration of the world satisfied My mother's request viz a viz Russia. Had the world's consecration fulfilled her request, We would have communicated such and Lucia would have explicitly included that in her letter, which she did not! It needs to be understood that as I did not act on My own, but only did the will of My Father, My mother only does Our will. It should also be understood that My mother's requests or instructions are NOT optional; they are politely phrased orders or commands as queen, given in union with Us. Failing to honor her requests, therefore, is a serious act of disobedience against Us. Consequently, there is a deadline for responding positively to her request for the consecration of Russia, which you MUST fulfill by October 13th of THIS current year. Your failure to honor this deadline will result in further and more severe chastisements of the Church's hierarchy beyond those she has already suffered due to the council and its aftermath.

Fourth, you are to return the Mass of My servant, Pius V, to its rightful place as the one and only acceptable Holy Sacrifice of the Altar. Further, all clergy are to learn Latin, which is the official language of My Church and an explicit sign of unity. Until a priest has acquired sufficient fluency with Latin, the Mass may be offered in the vernacular. However, that fluency by all priests is to be acquired within three years. The form of the Mass to which you are to return My Church is to be that offered prior to the innovations of 1962, which contains modernist heretical elements. This reinstatement of the Mass of Pius V must include the celebrant facing the tabernacle on the high altar when praying to God and the removal of the so-called "altar of sacrifice." The Novus Ordo ceremony is to be permanently discarded. After one year it will no longer be acceptable. Additionally, had I wanted women in the sanctuary during the liturgy, I would have included them among my apostles. Serving at the altar is an introductory step potentially leading to the priesthood. The ordination of women, even to the diaconate, shall never be permitted. Therefore, the practice of female altar servers is to be immediately discontinued throughout the entire Church. Additionally, beginning now, the marriage of priests throughout the Church, in every rite -- not just the Latin -- is to be forever forbidden.

Fifth, you are to return all sacraments, devotions and rites to the form in use prior to the council.
Sixth, you are to remove from the Catechism of My Church all modernist and other non-orthodox content. Additionally, you are to establish a commission headed by Athanasius Schneider, who shall select the other members, which shall produce a Syllabus of Errors of all the documents of the council.
Seventh, you are to immediately permanently discard Communion in the hand and the use of "Eucharistic ministers" because the distribution of My Body and Blood by unwashed, unconsecrated hands is a very offensive insult to My Person, My Majesty and My Divinity. This is to include the rubric that, except for those unable to kneel because of age, infirmity or disability, recipients of Communion are to do so on their knees. Furthermore, you are to reinstate the discipline of fasting from nourishing food and drink from the midnight prior to receiving Communion and from water for one hour before. You are to stress the importance of a firm belief in My physical as well as spiritual presence in the smallest quantity of the Eucharistic species. The lack of reverence and devotion exhibited by so many of those receiving communion is appalling. They deny the Truth of the Mass and its re-presentation to My Father of My sacrifice on Calvary with the culminating miracle I perform at every valid Mass, the transformation of the substances of bread and wine into My living and divine Body and Blood. In doing so they deny themselves the attendant graces and obtain the penalty of sacrilege. And you are to firmly affirm that no one who is in the state of mortal sin shall be administered or receive Holy Communion under pain of the additional serious offense of sacrilege. This includes not only recipients but also any priest or deacon who knowingly gives Communion to a recipient not in the state of sanctifying grace. You are to emphasize that this applies to those who are sexually involved with someone who is not their licit spouse.
I am a God of life and love. I created all the creatures of the earth and gave life to them out of love. My command to be fruitful and multiply established the true and only purpose for sexual relations as producing offspring and renders forbidden contraception, abortion, infanticide and homosexuality, all of which are crimes crying out to heaven for vengeance. Therefore, you are to instruct all members of My Church that I require them to be actively participating in condemning and opposing these abominations.

Eighth, you are to reinstate the practice and discipline of meatless Fridays in commemoration of My sacrifice on the cross for the salvation of mankind. Fridays during Advent and Lent are to be days of fasting.
Ninth, you are to require that all members of My Church be re-educated or catechized in the authentic and perennial doctrines, teachings, practices and rules of True Catholicism.

Tenth, I founded only one Church. I am the True Vine. Those who call themselves Christians but have separated themselves from My Church have amputated themselves from My mystical body. To one extent or another they have denied the truths of the Faith and, consequently, have constructed a false and erroneous image of who I am - an image of their own making, which is idolatry. Thus, even if they have been properly baptized and, therefore, are members of My body, their severance renders them lifeless. Those who wish to become members of My Church, therefore, must be properly baptized to restore them to life. Additionally, the unity of My Church is not merely organizational. It is essentially one of faith, which includes doctrines, teachings and so forth. Consequently, a communion of churches under one organizational structure, but with diverse, and often contradictory, elements of the faith is NOT united and is NOT permitted. At no time is My Church allowed to compromise ANY of her Magisterial doctrines, teachings or liturgies. The only acceptable manner of full communion is for the heretics to recant their errors, to repent and to become full and faithful members of My Church. A joint celebration between you, representing My Church, and any other religion is overt heresy. Therefore, you are to immediately cancel your scheduled "con-celebration" with the Lutherans.
Eleventh, you are to remove from positions of authority all clergy and religious who deviate from the True, Authentic Catholic Faith, including those with whom you have surrounded yourself. Furthermore, you are to identify by name, apologize to and reinstate to their former positions those persons who have been persecuted and punished under your name for defending My Church and Me.
Twelfth, your planned revisions to Humanae Vitae are to be cancelled. There are to be no changes to My Church's Magisterial teaching on the sanctity of life and the proscription against the use of contraceptives.

If you have not begun to implement these instructions by the feast of My mother's nativity of this year, I have instructed My servant to reveal this message to you to the rest of the world. Furthermore, if you have not fulfilled all of My instructions in letter and in spirit by the feast of Christ the King of the year 2020, you will be removed and replaced by a shepherd of My people who is faithfully loyal to Me and to My Bride, the Church! Mark well that if it is I who directly remove you, that very day you will face Me as the Just Judge to account for your service!
