September 30, 2017
Dear Sir/Madam;
I am writing in compliance with instructions I received on September 8, 2017 to send the enclosed documents to secular and religious news media worldwide and to request the publication of this material on and, if necessary, immediately following October 13, 2017. If it is necessary, you may divide the material in two or more issues/editions, provided that each individual section is complete in a single issue. Thus, for example, the section specifically to Pope Francis must all be published in the same issue or edition.
The documents consist of three parts: A letter to Pope Francis dated July 30, 2017 and which was received by the Vatican on August 2, 2017 concerning the contents of the second document, which contains a transcript of two audio CDs that were included with the above mentioned letter. The third document contains supplemental material which was unavailable when the audio CDs were shipped to the pope. On my own initiative I have given the entire packet of these three documents a title that corresponds to the general content. You may include my letter to you with the publication of this material, provided that my return address is removed or redacted.
The source and content of the transcript and the supplemental material is or will be controversial, especially in today's world, given that it purports to be of supernatural origin. There are no means, at least at present, for objectively detecting, measuring or authenticating information that claims to have been provided from the supernatural realm, which is one reason why faith is required. Although many, perhaps most, will contend the enclosed documents are products of an overactive imagination or a deranged mind, it is by faith -- since I have no proof of supernatural origin -- that I have accepted and transmitted this material both to the pope and, now, to the world. In doing so, I have fulfilled the tasks with which I sincerely believe I was entrusted. What happens now is in your hands.
I admit I have employed a psuedonym. I have done so because I am the very least of God's servents. Any attention given to me detracts and distracts from what God wishes to convey to the Catholic Church and to the world. And it is God's communication which is by far the most important.
Although I have revealed in this letter and the accompanying material all that I can, if you have questions I may be able to answer, I will try to do so. You may contact me by email at fidelis.catholica@gmail.com
Thanking you for your assistance and cooperation, I am
Yours truly,
Fidelis Catholica
